I'm kicking mine off with a few afternoon pink champagne and rose lemonade cocktails.

Mixing in hundreds and thousands with edible glitter is a fab way to dress the rim of the glass and make it look a bit special!

I dipped the rim in water with a tiny bit of icing sugar so that the glitter and hundreds and thousands would stick.

For the actual cocktail I just mixed 3/4 pink Champagne with 1/4 rose flavour pink lemonade.
