Turmeric is one ingredient I am trying to get into my diet more but I can't say I'm the biggest fan of the flavour but mixed in with a smoothie it's quite delicious and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup greek yogart
½ cup diced mango
½ teaspoon turmeric (or 1 tsp. turmeric)
1 fresh banana
½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon chia seeds
