I bought these chairs a few years ago from eBay + have been changing my mind ever since on which fabric I should cover them in. Finally I decided to go with a striking geometric fabric from Linwood, called 'Padoga Graphite' from their Tango collection, to make these chairs really stand out. Now I've got the chairs done they are such statement pieces that I'll have to re-design the dining room around them.
Re-upholstering old chairs is such a great way to add your own personal touch to a room + make it unique as it's very unlikely any one has the same chair in the same fabric as you. You can get old chairs at really good prices online which means that the total price including fabric + upholstery isn't much different from buying a new one, so go get creative!
